Digital Download Products

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued on digital purchases.

If you experience any issues accessing, downloading, or receiving your files, please contact me through the provided contact form or email, and I will be happy to assist you to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Custom Design Services

Custom design work is billed at a rate of $35/hour, with a $35 minimum charge regardless of project size or complexity.

Projects estimated to exceed 3 hours will require a $50 non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Projects estimated to exceed 8 hours will require a 25% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Rush orders are projects requiring expedited turnaround times, priority scheduling, or completion outside standard turnaround expectations. Rush orders may be subject to a 25% rush fee depending on project scope and scheduling availability.

Please note that all time estimates are approximations and are not guarantees. Actual project completion time may vary depending on revisions, requested changes, communication delays, and project complexity.

Revisions & Design Changes

All custom design projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions/design changes.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges starting at $10 per change, though larger or more complex edits may result in higher fees depending on the scope of the requested changes.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, any potential refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed, time invested, and project progress at the time of cancellation.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
